I have my dolls done and ready to deliver to the store that will be selling them. I'm so glad to have a short break from sewing...although I'm already thinking of the next dolls I want to make. I hope some of these sell! Anyway, here is a "class" photo of the primitive/country/rag dolls before they leave my home *sniff sniff* and are delivered to the world of retail!

Rachel,

They are simply adorable I just know you are gonna stay busy creating! They have such "soothing spirits".

GREAT job, Rachel. I bet most of here can look at a certain doll in this class photo and see themselves or somebody they know! You better get working on the next graduating class!! Nance

They are all adorable!! And how well behaved for a class photo!!
You can be sure they will all find happy homes full of love - can't help but - you attract that which you are - so "they" say!

Thanks for all your kind words, everybody! I'm so afraid they won't sell! I'm taking them to the store tomorrow. It's a 90 mile drive! But the store is 3 miles from Holiday World amusement park so it gets a decent amount of traffic! I've got three more dolls to make - orders that need filled. And I start working on my Masters degree in two weeks and I'm so afraid I won't have time to sew! AHHH!!! :)

Rachel, I LOVE your dolls ~ and all these farmgirls can't be wrong. THey'll sell fast. But please try to stop blocking the sales with your fear that they won't sell - we manifest what we believe. What are the prices?

You're right, we do manifest what we believe! And I got an order for 7 dolls tonight - LOL. I sent the above photo to a friend and she ordered 7. So I'll be busy sewing! I'm charging $15 plus shipping for them right now. Plus she forwarded the picture to some of her friends to see if they would order some. SOooo it could be interesting!

Rachel Your dolls are so cute. I am about to teach a doll making class in a community near me. I hope it catches on. My hopes are that their are at least a few people out there that enjoy making soft dolls as much as I do.

Loved the class picture.
