We left Thursday morning at 3 a.m. and got there just after noon. The first afternoon we walked around, getting our bearings and just seeing where things were. Friday & Saturday we were there just over 8 hours each day. We had a wonderful time shopping, watching people, visiting with my sister and brother-in-law, etc. We plan to go again, probably in February or March. If you've had even the slightest urge to go, I urge you to make the trip.
I'll share more details later, if anyone is interested. When we got home, we found ds home from college, and I'm going to visit with him now.

It sounds like you had a lovely time! I don't know when I will ever get down to Texas, but I will certainly keep Canton in mind!

It sounds like you are having a fun trip. I would love to travel to the USA one day. Fist though, I will have to see more of my own beautiful country.
