i used to 'blog' .. but it took FOREVER AND EVER to upload pictures and to edit .. that was with 'blogspot' .. i tried 'wordpress' tonight .. but the photos were too small .. anyone know how to make them 'bigger'?

sooooooooo .. right now .. (and it is almost 2:00 a.m. .. i just uploaded a coupla' pics (without a lot of rambling on and on) to see how fast it would all go!

check it out and tell me if the colors/size/etc. are easy to 'read'.
(i wear reading glasses .. so i 'upped' the font size! the 'darker' backgrounds are great to look at but hard for me to read .. sooo .. i went LIGHT background and reds and greens for print.

here's my blog addy:

http://freedomvalleyfarm.blogspot.com/

waitin' to hear from you .. and i hope to be posting lotsa' pictures on there .. it does take me a long time to post pics here at the farm.

now .. good night sweet princesses! xoxo

(i guess technically that is 'good MORNING'!!)

Frannie -- I used blogspot and don't have a problem with the pictures loading. I don't think there'a way to make the pictures bigger on Wordpress. People can click on them to enlarge them if they want to look.

Pictures look great, frannie. I like blogspot. check the size of picture your camera is taking and change it to blog or e-mail size and it will upload faster. MB

Frannie...I use blogspot and have been happy with it. I either use Picasa or Photobucket to upload my pics and then edit the size before copying the HTML to place in my blog. I have had no problems with either, unless I am taking my pictures with my camera set on the highest resolution. then it takes a bit of a while. I usually set my camera to save pictures with a lower resolution (specially set for e-mail or websites) and then it is pretty much a snap.

Keep Smiling.....Bev

Looks great! I recommend uploading your pictures to a site like flickr and then paste in the url location of the photo. I found I get clearer pictures this way plus it seems to be faster than using the blogs upload tool.

OH CHILLUNS .. it was going to photobucket and such .. the TIME involved to upload, download, etc. that turned me offa' doing blogs (plus all the time between trying to edit a posting) that turned me offa' blogging. now .. all i have to do is point and click and upload them DIRECTLY from my "my pictures' folder on the computer (just like i had to do when i sent them in an e-mail.) cut the time amazingly. the size i get for blog-spot is jus' perfect (and you can easily click on small, medium or large right there on the screen .. and VOILA! the size i want!)

does anyone know if we are LIMITED to just so many ramalamdingdongs when it comes to PHOTOS on blogspot?
