I bought some cheese blintzes from the hotel that I sometimes work for. Oh yum! They are so amazing...

Michelle- I took some of your huckleberry jelly, warmed it up and thinned it with a tiny amount of water to make the glaze! Heaven! Doug says he wants to eat like 8 of them! HEHE!
