Hey Y'all,
I would like to wind up the Apron Pocket Swap by Halloween. So send me your pockets by say Friday, November 2nd..
Either post on this topic or send me an email that this time will work for you
I am changing the swap idea as of today, October 10th, in the original post on page 1 as an "open swap" for one on one swaps the same way that Sunshine is doing her signature blocks swap. Everyone will make their own deadlines and swap with whoever they want to. You can use this topic to keep track of your pocket swaps.
I would like to collect Apron Pockets from everyone to eventually make up a really large Wall Hanging, throw and pillows. So please contact me if you'd like to send a pocket to me and I'll add to my list. I will also swap a pocket back to you.
It only needs to be a single layer of fabric cut into a pocket shape of your choosing. I will be appliquing them so the edges can remain raw and they can be any shape.
If you have time to embroider on it that's fine, if not I will machine embroider your screen name, state and year once I receive them. So that makes it easy for you depending on how much time you have.

Hey Everyone,
Everyone's pockets are awaiting my return to home. That could be at Thanksgiving or as late as Christmas. So don't think I've forgotten y'all, ok?
We finally get out of this small hotel room on Sunday and move to the apartment. One of the two rooms I use as my home studio is much bigger than this room I'm in right now..LOL
I'm totally challenged when I think of only a car load of my fabrics and gadgets coming back with me on the next trip. Yeah, yeah..I know, I need some cheese with this whine..
I've had so much fun since we arrived exploring all of the fabric shops and meeting some wonderful ladies too! So guess I just have to buy more fabric while I'm here and enjoy my other stash when I go to the other house.
okie doke..just wanted to update y'all on the pocket swap so you wouldn't wonder where they are.
