Well its so darn hot I had to do something and the thrift store with my friend seemed to be the right thing to do. Then we came home and I made us a creamsicle float. yummy. Of couse now I don't feel my best, but it sure was good. Anyway, I of course posted a few pictures, so if you can move in this heat have a look. NANCY JO

That's a great blanket, Nancy. Love it! But don't want to use it today

Hello Nancy Jo! Wonderful finds once again! That wool blanket is so pretty and I love the satin trim. That little plate would be pretty with some yummy "cookies" on it! I have a wonderful sugar cookie recipe!

| Beautiful blanket, Nancy Jo, and what a cute Holly Hobbie bank. I used to be a Holly Hobbie NUT back in the day, collected her cards, calendars, a couple of plates, etc....now I guess I am just an all around nut. I have a book called "The Life of Holly Hobbie" written by her, and she has gone on to be quite an accomplished watercolorist. The book has some great paintings she did of her kids as teenagers...talented lady. As always, high five for your big score!! Nance |
