I'be bought lots of different soaps, from lots of soapmakers, and I can't find anything that I can bathe with. My skin is extremely sensitive and anything other than Dove leaves it dry and crackly. I'd love to find something homemade soap to use on my skin, body and face, but I keep wasting money buying soaps that I end up not using. Any suggestions?

Thanks-

My best advice is buy dove if it works for you.

my kids have real bad excema (sp) and all they can use is dove too so I look for it on sale ( I haven't found any thing else that works well for them either. Makes my oldest mad as I am not the one who gave it to them their dad is so I have all kinds of bath things in my bathroom and she wants to be a little girly at times and use them but all it causes is grief to her skin. best to stay with what works. I have purchased the rustic cottages chamomile and lavender lotion that helps with the dryness for my kids.

have a lovely day and may God bless you and keep you safe

If you really want to use homemade soap- you need to find a soaper that uses a lot of olive oil and does a high % super fat. You also might want to try an animal and veg oil mixed bar.
