Let's see, the menu for the coming week (including tonight) consists of:
Saturday: Beef Stuffed Soapaipillas
Sunday: Chili
Monday: Chef Salads
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Roast Chicken
Wednesday: Summer Sausage Reubens (A Rachel Ray recipe)
Thursday: Bacon-Swiss Meatloaf
Friday: Hot dogs & Mac & Cheese
Saturday: Lasagna
Next Thursday night, hopefully, I'll sit down & write up the following weeks menu, then do my shopping on Friday. Works best when I do it this way.
