I am going to be posting a lot of 3 vintage aprons on my blog this evening..to go to the highest bidder. I'm cleaning out a few vintage odds and ends throughout my house as I come across them. This is for 3 very cute vintage aprons a green gingham apron with embroidered white accents,a red scalloped edge apron with velvet embossed design in a spanish fan and rose image, and a darling bright red and white apron that is edged with tiny red rick rack..it has a large red heart in the center , the heart is what makes two pockets in the front of the apron. Very cute and unique.
I'm not sure of the ages on these items but if I had to guess I'd say that the scalloped edge apron was late 50's to early 60's. Red heart design apron 50's, and green gingham apron late 50's.
