Okay Gals...
I went to my herbalist, Meadow Blend for foot detox, while we were talking, she asked me if I had ever heard of oil pulling. I said not, and she explained that you use a cold pressed oil such as sunflower or sesame, hold in in your mouth without swallowing, swishing it thru you teeth for about 15 minutes. spit and brush your teeth and tongue.
This helps draw toxins and a bonus it whitens teeth!
Tonight I went to the grocery store and bought a bottle of sunflower oil.
I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow morning...

First morning of PULLING, wasn't bad, sunflower oil doesn't have much taste, I made it about 15 minutes.
Wasn't bad, I had problems with a brushing my tongue though.
I gagged a couple times when the brush to close to my puke cord!
I think I'll stick with it about a month and see what happens.
