I unsubscribed from all boards, and "My Subscriptions" even indicates this. However, I'm still receiving ALL those email alerts every time someone posts a message. One of your instructions says to email Carol for help. Who is Carol? What is her email address - or - how do I contact her on the site. Thanks for your help. Anne Goss
