Well Ladies, I'm cleaning out my bookshelves this summer. I have a set of 16 Cooking Light magazines that I'd like to trade. They are mostly from 2005-2006, with one or two older ones (I used to have a subscription). They are all in excellent condition, with nothing clipped or torn out. You will see some highlighting in them, when I highlighted recipe titles or the index.

I'll likely ship them via a Priority Mail flat rate box. Since magazines are so heavy that will probably be cheaper than media mail.

I'm open to trades-- I always like books (homesteading, cookbooks, gardening, etc.) and select craft supplies, or you can pay for shipping. We can definitely work something out. :-)

I have a ton of COoking Light so don't need any but just wanted to point out that the priority flat rate might not be cheapest, unless your mean the flat rate envelope. The flat rate box is $8+, though I know there is an envelope that is flat rate for cheaper.

I think you might be right Elizabeth. I know they definitely won't fit into an envelope. I think I just need to break down and weigh them, since media mail is done by weight. With all the stuff I've been mailing lately, I bet the post office loves me!

Do you know yet what the shipping might be? I'd like to know first before I say if I want any. Thanks!

Not sure yet. I would say $8 maximum (that's the priority box). If I can do it cheaper via media mail I definitely will, but I have to get them weighed (I don't have a scale at home and will have to haul them to work).

Will you post it when you find out? Thanks - I love those magazines! My mom used to buy them for me before she got sick.

Sure, I'll probably haul them to work later this week to weigh them.
