A few of you may remember my posting about mouse traps awhile back...well, I resigned myself to the snap traps and actually bought them ...that was weeks ago and I have yet to bring myself to set one.......I found another solution

You can't beat having a cat around for keeping the mice population under control. Hopefully, the new one will get over its shyness and get busy! lol A while back, I made the mistake of putting bird feed bags on the floor of my closet. Lo and behold, one day, I noticed little brown specks around that area. Ugh! I got a humane mouse trap...one that when the mouse enters the trap, the lid automatically closes. I couldn't bring myself to killing it. I know, silly! I caught the mouse and took it for a ride to a field and released it. Now, I store the bird feed in a metal container with lid.
