She is doing a little better...overdoing it and then resting, overdoing it and then resting mostly. I talked to her last night and her husband is home after being out of town 4 days so she is getting a little more help around the house I think (as much help as men are) and she sounded in good spirits. She has really had a hard time of it. I will be seeing her later today and will report back to you all.

She is gone north to get a bone scan today...last night she seemed tired but looked like she felt better. She isn't getting all the rest she should!

sort of...she has a weak immune system. She found out that she does still have some infection in her jaw bone and has to go back up to a specialist for that tomorrow..poor thing. She was tired when I talked to her this afternoon. And all she was worried about was another friend of ours that we have been trying to help (pregnant gal with three tiny kids and she has emotional problems) so I hope she gets rest tonight. She has to be so tired!

Kate looks much better today...she just left here. She has to go see another specialist about that infection on Monday though. Poor gal is spending half her days going up north and back!!

OH my....she is having a hard time. They had to put back in a pick-line (sp?) IV thing in her arm that she will have for 3 months. She has to have meds put in it (antibiotics of some sort..really strong ones) 5 times a day!! She has had some help with the kids and with her IV. I helped with that one night..mainly just doing what she can't reach and waiting with her for a couple hours to make sure she didn't have an allergic reaction...she didn't, thankfully. She has a friend visiting this weekend to help, and has help with housecleaning. She is very positive and hard to keep down, and has taken up quilting..she is hand sewing her first quilt now...all 5" squares and doing a great job. Something she can do while she waits for the IV thing to all drip..one of the meds.the 3 times a day one..takes 90 minutes!!!! She has a nurse who comes once a day..home health nurse I think too. I hope this all makes the difference!!

Mini's are fun for us.. & i know everyone loves getting them.. But I'm wondering if that's enough.. you tell us please..

Hmmmm...I think she would love just anything. She had to go BACK up north today..trouble with the IV thing..and her husband told me this morning that the antibiotics are making her so sick she is sleeping alot...poor thing!! I hope to see her in the morning.
She just moved into her house (a neat old house) and is talking about doing her kitchen in cherries and berries with red and white gingham..I know she would love anything along those lines. I can email her address to anyone who needs it..just let me know.
She could really use a lift!

Aunt Jenny- Please email me her address. I will embroider some cherries onto some cloth napkins and a table cloth for her. (or try to anyway! LOL) If maybe someone could go to walmart and get those static cling window pane things that end up looking like stained glass, but it's just paint...and you can do your own design. If someone did that with cherries it would be SO cute!

I know she tries to check in from time to time so I don't know. She hasn't been lately..but has in the past week or so been online..so if you want to surprize her I wouldn't post about it here maybe.
