YOUNG girl who cut my hair the other day. I told her what I wanted and she said, (and I quote) "That's so 80's.". I said, "I'm stuck in the 80's.". Then she said, (still a quote, mind you!) "My mother still is too.".
*sigh*
She didn't like how I wanted my bangs cut but we compromised and truth be told, I like the way they look.
But I'm still stuck in the 80's...maybe a little 70's too...hehehe...

Move over, Winona. I'm stuck right there with you. I think I'm more in the 70's(at least mentally). At least I did have my long hair cut off recently. I'm sneaking up on the new century, at least. LOL

Don't they say that histor repeats itself. Look at all those retro things coming back. Hang in there, the 80's look and 70's look is on the way back in. I too is stuck in the 70's and 80's.

My hair has been pretty much just like this...long, parted in the middle with bangs since about 1980. I didn't have bangs in the 70's..way too cool for that.

| My favorite music is eighties!!! My daughter and I were talking the other day how the eighties had the best music but the worst fashion!! I said I hope those high waisted pants NEVER come back and she said" I hate to tell you mom,but those are coming back and so are all the eighties clothes!!!" So there you go- your'e already in style!!! |
