I was at a church supper last night and had the most AWESOME dessert. The base was made similar to a shortbread cookie then there was a toping that wasn't quite as fluffy as whipped cream but it wasn't quite icing either. Then it was tooped with skor chippits. I asked around who brought it and no one knew. I was wondering if any of you ladies had a recipe for this devine dessert. Thanks
