4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 cup Italian salad dressing 2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 cup grated parmesan 4 potatoes; peeled, cut into wedges 4 carrots, chopped (optional) Cut chicken into pieces.
Place chicken in crockpot. Add half the salad dressing, spices and Parmesan. Add potatoes and carrots and add the rest of the salad dressing, spices and Parmesan. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
