What a sweet photo...I was thinking with a Mama named Gretel, her name should be Leisel, or Brigita? No?
Falene is a very sweet name too, just not a Von Trapp!
She sure is a cute calf, and Mama seems very attentive.

Katiedid - funny you should mention that. Gretel's last daughter was Marta - LOL! She's from the Little Switzerland of Ohio area, so we thought it was appropriate.
This year's name however came from our 3yo. She's very persistant and had recently been watching Bambi.

That's the prettiest little thing I've ever seen! I love that "wide eyed" look like, "gosh, what the heck happened, how did I get here????" Mom is so attentive, too....Don't you just love this time of year?
