My girls were in the talent show put on by 4-H last night. Our area covers the whole county so it was fun to see all the very talented kids! Lots of pianists and lots of vocal..but just a few dances and cowboy poets (one little boy was hilarious!) and like that. Summer placed third in piano in her division (and gosh...she was by far the youngest!) and Erin got honerable mention in hers. They both did really well...there were just some REALLY good pianists. They had alot of fun and it was a fun evening for sure. I am hoping to get really more involved in 4-H soon. Erin wants to do a bunny for the fair and all the kids want to do cooking and perhaps sewing too. At our fair you can only enter 3 items in the fair, but if you are 4H you can enter as many items as you like!! So...I have a feeling we will need a trailer to get all their entries there..haha.
Jenny, That is wonderful!! I love talent shows! They are so funny and cute and it is so neat to see kids shine! I haven't seen one in ages! I love 4-H and wish I could have the kids in it here! Congratulations to your little ones!!! Hugz! Talitha
