I am the lazy version of a kitchen Diva!
Thank goodness for Bread mixes …
I don’t bake much and more times than not, my flour or yeast has expired.. so I like to keep a couple of bread mixes on hand… plus when I see the bread mix in the pantry, I am more inclined to use it…
BTW.. baked the bread yesterday afternoon, ante half the loaf last night and we finished it off with today’s lunch!

Looks yummy Grace. I sometimes use the gf mixes from Krusteaz for my granddaughter to have goodies when she comes. Celiac is a whole new learning experience.

Grace, bread mixes are a great way to just enjoy homemade bread at a specific time and not have to keep all the ingredients which do outdate sometimes before you get to use them. Baked bread fills up the house with a welcoming smell and it tastes so good hot from the oven with some butter.
