Hi Everyone I made refrigerator veggies today. I watched a FB video and it looked real easy. I made spicy carrots, regular carrots and two jars of pickled red onions. I also made dill pickles and Dilly beans.
I have not done this afore. I hope they come out ok.

Per the video about 3 to 4 days. The red onions can be eaten after a few hours. I planned to wait the three days.
