I feel so blessed with all the wonderful things my little farm provides for me. Right now I'm busy making butter since the cool weather allows the cream to collect on the top of the milk in the bulk tank before it warms up enough to be chilled again. (In the summer the milk is stirring and chilling too frequently to get cream from the top.) Yesterday we tapped the maples since it's getting above freezing this week. And this weekend I'll try starting seeds again. Last year it didn't work out so well.

I love this, Heather!! :). It’s amazing what we can do in our gardens even before we can plant out in the sunshine!

To quote one of my past preschoolers “Not one of those Karens, but a good Karen”! Haha
Enjoy the goodness that your farm gives you. Good luck with the sap collecting. A big job, but well worth the effort. We will be waiting a bit yet before tapping. I started pepper seeds last Sunday, but they take 10-21 days to germinate. Fingers crossed that you and I have better luck this year with seed starting.

Heather, that all sounds amazing! Enjoy your wonderful cream and good luck with your taps and seeds! I need to start thinking about my seeds too.

Heather, you Farm is your "Heaven on Earth"! Excited for your butter and tapping the trees. Lily June opened your cards last night, she told her mom, you have a ton of stickers too! Lol! Connie Sue
