Freeze for my town tonight. This is too early. I had to harvest rest of the peppers, 15 pounds! I'm grateful for the blessings from my garden, but was hoping more would get chance to ripen. I can pickle some, but what the heck can I do with all this? I just put 1 pound of snacking peppers in freezer yesterday.

Tara I have dried jalapeno or cayenne peppers; grind in blender; and have hot pepper flakes. The ground peppers can be mixed with herbs to make your own blends.

Tara, how about some roasted peppers as a side dish! We roast ours with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. I only grow sweet peppers since we do not like anything spicy,

PRAYERS NEEDED! My cat Ruby saw vey this morning for swollen eye. Vet said we needed to get to emergency vet her eye pressure to high
She was seen by specialist and pressure is 20. Vet suggested MRI but we can't afford. Vet not sure if she has glaucoma or a tumor. She is home on meds and glaucoma drops. Re check next week.

Ty. I called my vet and taking Ruby back to animal clinic for xrays. One has to be proactive. I was a mess yesterday and couldn't think straight.

Tara, I am very sorry to hear about Tara's eye situation. I hope vet can get a definite diagnosis and be able to treat your furry friend so that she can get better. I will be thinking about you and praying for the best.
