All you Farmgirls are Apple-so-lutely amazing!! September is almost here and it is almost time for our apple festival. Apples will be a fun theme for this month.
Why did the apple cry?
His peelings were hurt!
This month's theme will be... Apples.
~Sign ups close September 3 with mail outs right after.
~Please email me your address if you haven't already so I can make a master list to send to everyone.
~You must send a card to each person that signs up, either handmade or store bought.

As I write this to you I am crying and my heart is breaking.
Stacy, Marlene’s daughter just sent me an email, Marlene passed away this morning;-(

Oh Debbie,it's so heartbreaking, she will be so missed here on Mary Jane's Farm. Especially in the card swap. Her last card , that beautiful butterfly in flight, was her going up to Heaven. Praying for her Family.

Cards can still be sent to PO Box 9, Swisher, Iowa 52338 for my dad., Alan Burns. Or to my address of 2230 71st Street Van Horne, IA 52346
Celebration of Life is next Friday 9/12. Teahen Funeral home 3100 F Ave NW Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Visitation will be 3pm to 6pm with a service to follow immediately after at 6pm
