My small town doesn't have a recycling program but as I was driving down a street in the next larger town I happened upon a recycling place where you can take your things to put in dumpsters. Yea! My question is when you have paper backed with foil or vice versa, does it go in the paper section or the metal section?

Blessings....

I second that. Another thing you may want to check into: whether or not they have a printed publication as to what they *do* accept.

When our city first started their recycling program (15 year ago I think it was?) there were specific types of plastics that were not accepted. Hence, the need for the written guidelines.

(BTW: You may already know this, but the "type" of plastic is a little number inside of an "three-chasing-arrows triangle" with the plastic alpha-code underneath.)

I think the metal section, because the paper will burn off.

Blessed Be!
