I kept meaning to share this photo of something I "accidently" came up with over a decade ago. It's a handy way to organize those bottle in the door of your fridge. It's also a good way to lift out a bunch at a time, like from the fridge to the picnic table.

Just thought I'd share. I have to laugh at myself because these "6 pack" carriers are SO OLD! I even took them from our OLD house. They don't even MAKE ZIMA anymore, and we have to beg visiting folks from KY to bring my DH some ALE-8-1s!

Wow neat idea! There's a drink called Twisted Tea that has a nice cardboard pack from what I remember. I'll have to save that next time the hubbie brings some home.

Great idea! Wonder if there is anything that could be used that is not cardboard. I could see my guys being kind of rough with this type of thing. In and out of the fridge. This would also free up some door space from those little things.

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?

What a neat idea, Erin! I hate when there isn't any more room on the door, because then my sauce bottles and small jars get moved around so much I can't find them. We've even been known to find them fallen behind the shelves and under the crisper bins! Your solution would really help keep things under control! And I am loving the idea that the guys wouldn't be able to say, "I don't SEE it," anymore! No more shuffling stuff around and playing "hide and seek" - just look for the carrier handle! I think you're brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!!!

(They don't make Zima anymore? It seems like just yesterday they were debuting the first bottles!!! Wow!)

Thank you for sharing such a practical idea! You ROCK, sister!

Pretty good idea. It keeps the bottle from clanking around too. Thanks. MB
