Posted - Nov 19 2011 : 6:17:21 PM I'm not excited with my appliances anyway, especially because my stove is electric, but even worse, it's BLACK and shows grease! Granted, it shows that I know how to cook and do so every day, but no matter how well I clean it, I can't get it truly clean. I have tried cleaners that work on everything else, but not this greasy film on the stove top.
Anyone have any ideas??

Posted - Nov 19 2011 : 8:07:52 PM I always use a mixture of 50% water, 30% vinegar & 20% lemon juice that works great. Not sure how it would work on black stuff, since all my stuff is white/yellow...but maybe it will help! I use it on everything - table, counters, sink, anywhere that needs a little cleaning. I've heard lemon juice works really good on grease.
