Posted - Jul 16 2011 : 2:34:47 PM I recently tried the baking soda shampoo and ACV conditioner idea that's been written about on this site, and it's amazing! Great results from inexpensive, natural products I already had around the house. So, now that my bottle of store-bought shower gel is running low I thought I'd better pick my farmgirl sisters' brains. Do any of you make your own? Any tips or recipes you've had particular success with? I want to jump into this farmgirl lifestyle with both feet, literally! :)

Posted - Jul 16 2011 : 6:56:10 PM I'm about to try the baking soda/acv for my hair! Hope it goes well, I know it may take a week or two for my hair to adjust. I'm very interested in body wash. Right now I use Dr. Bonners castile soap (watered down) for my shower "gel" but I don't care for it, mostly just because it doesn't smell very good and isn't very rich (no lather). Hope someone has more ideas!
