Hello,
I have a collection of hand crochet doilies that are styled to look like clothing. I need to clean them as they have been hanging for years in my laundry room. They are really just dusty not soiled. They are of various colors with the majority red and white (these ones scare me the most). Any suggestions on how to clean them? Thank you, Betty Jo

Pray for our troops to come home safe and soon.
Enjoying the road to the simple life :>)

Betty -- I would test the red for colorfastness before laundering by dipping in warm water. If it doesn't bleed you're probably ok. Then I'd soak them in some water and gentle laundry detergent, roll in a towel to remove excess water, and lay flat to dry.
