We have a screened porch with an acid etch stain concrete floor. The installer suggested using a special floor wax periodically to help protect the finish. I cannot find the wax at my local hardware store.

After scrubbing away all of the pollen, the floor is definitely in need of a good wax application.

Any and all suggestions - commercial or homemade - would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks -
Teresa

Diane, thanks for the suggestion. I found a can of Johnson's paste wax under my sink! I'll give it a try.

Johnson's paste wax-I usually find it at small hardware stores. You can actually use car wax-make sure it is carnuba wax, found at any auto parts store.
