Posted - May 02 2006 : 08:50:28 AM One time I was doing some yard work with the car and had to back up under the clothesline to get some boards from the stack. Then the kids and me went on some errands around town. Well, on our way home we passed a tree with underwear hanging all over it by the side of the road. I exclaimed "That's MY underwear! WHY are they out here on the ROAD?" Well, it turned out that when I backed up under the clothesline, I knocked off the undies onto the top of the car and they fell off on the MAIN road for EVERYONE to see!!! Can't imagine what the person thought who hung em up on the tree!

Posted - May 07 2006 : 5:33:29 PM LOL Great story! I have to be careful not to have underwear hanging up when my sons school bus gets home. One time I tried to hide them behind other clothes but the kids still saw em! He got teased very loudly for it too. :P |

Posted - May 05 2006 : 9:36:54 PM Tee hee hee...that's a really funny story. I did a similar thing once with a pile of newspapers, but it's too funny with the unmentionables!

Posted - May 03 2006 : 7:44:25 PM Dorothy, your story is so embarassing and funny!!! Loved it. It reminds me of the farm wife who asked her husband to fix the dryer for her. He said sure, then didn't do it. She kept nagging him, and he'd keep saying he would do it but then never got around to it. Finally one day he came home from the field and saw a clothesline hanging right across the end of the driveway, right next to the road, with HIS underwear hanging on it for God and everybody to see. He took his wife to the store the next day and bought her a new dryer. Thanks for sharing your story with us.
