I got up this morning and got several loads of dishes done and garbage taken out! I am pretty proud of myself since it all needed to be desperatly! Now I am headed off to work and I also got dinner started already in crockpot!
Now when I get home I just have to vacuum and fold a bunch of laundry and I might be making progress on the house! LOL

I hot up early today and weeded, planted more cucumbers and green peppers, fertilized, and re-fenced the garden. It was cool and quiet, and I was basically done by 9:00, then just fiddled around watering and cleaning up. Then I treated myself to an english muffin on the porch. Hot weather is not far away here, so this porch time is so wonderful. And no skeeters got me either!

I got up early again and got another large load of dishes done and after my crock pot finishes soaking I will have all the dishes done! How awesome is that?! I was going to make a crock pot stew for tonight but it looks like that will be tomorrow's meal. Tonight we will do fish fry. It feels so good to know that I am making progress on the house!

I have not been able to clean in over a week....no sense when there is drywall dust everywhere...at least the weather is nice now and we can be outside....

Dinner was good but needs a little more tweaking to be a crock pot meal. After Nora goes to bed I am going to fold some laundry and get some dishes cleaned. I do wish we had a dishwasher!! Somedays I think I would totally hire a cleaning girl to come in for an hour a week if they would clean my kitchen and bathroom!

Amy Grace- Well my house is cleanER does that count? I wouldn't exactly say it's clean...but you are so right. Knowing the dreaded dinner prep is already done and we can enjoy our dinner will be so nice. And hopefully enough positive reinforcement to make me do it again tomorrow! :D

Alee - when you get home from work and smell dinner already cooking and see your clean house you will be soooo happy, I always feel like the helper elves came by:)
