I used the recipe and made the dishwasher soap, and now I am making the liquid dish soap, and next is the laundry soap although I don't have washing soda right now only the other stuff so it will have to wait. I did find a great site though to buy it online www.soapsgonebuy.com since gas is so expensive maybe shipping it will be better than driving into the city to get it since my lil town grocer does not carry it.
******Ok I made the liquid soap today and it seems watery, I do like how it feels on my hands today though and the smell is divine. should it be runny????*********

you dont remember the thread do you? I saw the one on homemade laundry detg. and one on dishwashing soap. Is that the ones? Karen

Karen, I used the thread here and got some recipes off of www.tipnut.com. I had to go to the city today so I got some washing soda and will make the laundry soap this afternoon! I made the dishwasher powder and the dish liquid! You should do it!

Jo, it is!! I love it! And I just checked and we have hard water so it's works just the same as cascade, if not better and I don't have to get that pit in my stomach that I have to go out and spend $ on dish soap since we go through it so fast!!! whoohooo
