After a few weeks of very cold weather and snow/ice off and on-we have FINALLYhad warm weather. It's been in the 70s the last couple of days (though this weekend is supposed to rain and be cold again  ). My husband and I cleaned out our storage shed the other day, cleaned off the back porch and sprayed down our patio furniture and porch with water, cleaned out my car and vacuumed and washed it. It was nice to get some cleaning done. But, we haven't even begun to Spring clean the inside of the house! We hope to be buying a house soon, so we're trying to go room by room and get rid of what we don't want and pack away what we're not really going to need right now in storage so we don't have as much to move. Storage bins have become my best friend! I use them for everything-storing my daughters baby clothes that I didn't want to keep, storing seasonal clothes, important documents, and even my scrapbooking/craft items. They definitely work for organizing stuff especially since I don't have a desk and our house doesn't have many closets or storage space. Well-I hope everyone enjoys Spring as it comes around the corner. Happy Spring Cleaning!

I am doing Spring Cleaning as well! I am preparing for a move from the area, having 99% of our belongings in Storage for 3 months and down sizing as well. I am tired of having too much cluttering stuff. Ugh. I am ready for clean- simple- easy to care for!
I can't wait for some 70 degree weather! It has been damp, cold and chilly here too Debi. We had a couple days of nice before Spring came back! Ick.
After I get done indulging in chatting with you all, I am going to run some hot water and do up all the dishes, get something yummy cooking for lunch and then work on setting the living room to rights. I have been busy with some big projects the last couple of days, and all my progress from last week has disappeared!

Its been quite damp here and chilly. I am moving into town the first of May. so I think I will skip this year since I have to cleqn both places insides. Ha.. Ha.. I am still cleaning, Huh?

It must be in the air. It only took a nice warm weekend and Spring fever kicked in for me too. I even joined an on-line spring clean challenge to keep me going. It sure does feel good to have everything so fresh and new! What a good idea to begin your room by room clean BEFORE you have to pack for a move. It will take a lot of stress out of the move for you.
I have posted photos of my spring clean on my blog if you want to take a peek. I've tried to access your blog a couple of times and keep getting a message that it is not found? Help ~ what am I doing wrong. I'd love to check it out!
