I can't wait to get a house and get a clotheslines...I don't care what housing snobs say..I think laundry lines are a quick, cheap solution to global warming and cutting the costs of things. Why is it the obvious, easy answers that people so resist? If I have to see my neighbors undies on the line to say the world, so be it... : )

Cheers,
Heather

Thanks Alee, I bookmarked that! Can't wait for good weather, though we stopped doing this cause of my allergies...maybe I can again.

I too wish I had a clothes line to dry my clothes on. I am hoping against hope that we will be able to get into a house when we move so that I can put one up.

Thanks Alee for the link...very informative info on the humble clothesline :-) Since DH and I live in an apartment, we use the drying racks when we can....wish we had an actual clothesline....but close enough I suppose

Thanks. Sent this to my sister. She always hangs her laundry outside. I am pea green with envy because I don't have a clothesline yet!
