Posted - Jan 04 2008 : 1:46:32 PM I want to put together a couple of buckets with natural, non-toxic cleaning supplies... every time I think of something to use, it seems like I don't have the other part of the "recipe." What are the "ingredients" you keep on hand, and what basic recipes do you use for your everyday cleaning? Also, there are a couple of books that talk about natural, organic cleaning methods, but I can't think of the titles... anyone know?
Thanks- Kim in NC |

Posted - Jan 15 2008 : 04:56:24 AM Kim, you're quite talented.....you answered your own question and helped the rest of us, too!!
I keep a binder with hints, tips and recipes. I add to it as I find something new. These 8 pages I just printed are super and contain all the stuff I've researched. This is a well compiled list. THANKS!!

Posted - Jan 07 2008 : 1:10:57 PM This is a great list--I already do some things, but gosh, there's so much more I can do!
I spent yesterday cleaning out my lower cabinets, doing all the dishes and wiping them out. Whew. I LOVE January for this kindof thing, and this list totally gets me revved up!

Posted - Jan 05 2008 : 06:20:38 AM Thanks Kim! I have also been looking for one place that has everything listed. It seems that I find one recipe here, another there, and on and on. This place has them all. Thanks so much. I really like the essential oil chart, showing the properties of each one. Great!
