The religious group in PA is actually more than one. Amish and Menonite. Different sects, I believe.

I gave this website to my store manager yesterday!!!! He's been really respectful about all my recycling efforts-I'm hoping that maybe somehow it gets to the CEO of Albertsons and my dream is that it would be a corporation that would become more green! I'm an optimist!!!!!!

Yes Libbie, in some other post here the idea of time and food came up, everyone loves time with someone. That's what thing I'm realizing that when I have a family I'd love to give up working to spend time with them because I was a latch key kid. I had nice STUFF but all I wanted was my mum home with me.

This is AWESOME, Jen. Just what we all need to see and understand before the rush of holiday gift-giving. There is something so special about giving what a person appears to truly NEED, too. For example, why not give that elderly neighbor a gift of four dinners that they choose the dates? What about a gift of recording your family talking about old family jokes - in fact, what about a homemade book of family stories? I personally know a little boy around here who is almost DYING for a "real ride, again, on a real horse with a real cowboy." Thank goodness Santa knows a "real Cowboy!!!"

wow I watched this...I'd love to show people this, that's why I refuse to use disposable cleaning things and other disposable stuff....I also hate plastic toys, when I have a kid I want the wood and other natural materials. What's that religious group that makes wooden toys in PA? I used to subscribe to organic style and it is no longer a magazine but it was amazing, some of my most cherished magazines along with MJ:) But it talked about plastics and babies and kids.....= bad

I HATE STUFF....lemme tell you, I read an article 2 years ago about a successful lady like $$ and biz etc and she downsized to an apt with a beautiful view and patio but 1 floor and what didn't fit there she got rid of AKA hardly EVER cleans! I don't know if I could do that cause I have sentimental stuff like from years before me....but it was inspiring. She said why spend all my time cleaning when I can enjoy what is free :) LOVED IT
