I think my living room is here somewhere under all this clutter! LOL! My father in law to be brought us some things of Doug's and now we have to find a place for all this stuff. It has been our pattern to move every year and this year we stayed put so we did not do our annual purge of the household.
I have several projects to finish tomorrow, but I think I will make it my goal to have a purging/cleaning day on Monday.
What are your goals for this coming week?

I feel for you, Alee. My living room has been buried under a big pile of stuff from my mother-in-law's house all summer (she's moving into a senior apartment, and my husband found all kinds of useful/treasured things as we've cleaned out the house). Will I ever get my house back? I just don't know...our attic and basement are stuffed to the gills. |

Brother - you should see my kitchen after doing the big cooking session - I have just enough energy to finish cooking, but not enough to clean it up! |

I gave up on wearing shoes around the house in this heat- so I put mental "shoes" on and just decide to get to work andget it done. Tonight i will be tackleing the kitchen!

I am still trying to get my Babysteps done. I'm shining my sink every night though. And wearing shoes everyday (not much fun for me, a BArefoot Girl)... This week I'm going to get my Control Journal going too- I think it will help. I am at the end of decorating dd's bedroom, so I'll start on the other dd's room next. I'm trying to fold laundry before it ever leaves the laundry room. I keep a basket for each dd, then one for us, and then I can take the folded clothes straight to that room to put away.

Am I suppose to have goals? Too tired to figure it out, oh, maybe one would be working on those darn bricks again. LOL
