Calling all farmgirls (and farmboys too!)

We would love to see you at our second annual Farm Fair on Saturday, July 2, and Sunday, July 3. Admission is free for children under 16, and $3 for all adults, which includes self-guided tours of the farm, face-painting and other children’s activities, a hog-calling contest, hopscotch, u-pick fields, self-guided tours, and a full schedule of musical entertainment. In addition, vendors will be offering antiques and farm collectibles, fresh vegetables and flowers, and prepared lunches. A 4,000 square foot tent (even bigger than last year!) will be set up to house the vendors and entertainment stage, so rain won't dampen the fun.

We will have a sign-up sheet at our booth so that those of you on the Farmgirl Connection or in our Farmgirl Chapters can meet each other (and us)! We can then facilitate introductions or assign designated times where farmgirls can gather up. We're thinking of meeting at Erik's photo booth (new this year and complete with animal props!) so that he can snap a few photos. What do you think? If you have other ideas, post them here.

Find more information and directions to the farm on our website at http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/farm-fair.asp.

See you at the Fair!

So wish I could be there, too. Enjoy, everyone!

Wish I lived closer too, sure hope someone will report back to all of who can't make it in person and only in spirit, have a good time!

I'm not 40 something, I'm 39.95 plus shipping and handling!

Sigh...I too will be there in spirit. If only I could click my heels and think there's no place like home...

I totally understand, but I must say my poor puppy "Sky" will be rather disappointed. :)

Ciao

Hi All.
We are animal lovers here at the farm, but out of respect for our vendors (and our chickens) we would rather that you not bring your pets to the Fair.

Hope to see you at the Fair!

I will be there!

Just a question- I know at the Ren fair here in Moscow, a lot of people bring their dogs with them, same with the Farmer's Market...What is the MJF stand on this for the fair? Pro dog visits or not?

Thanks

Alee
