Hello everyone!

I wanted to share with you an event coming up May 7th thru May 9th. Here is a letter from our president talking more about it.

Come on in and take a closer look at who we are, and see why we are one of the best. This organization has something for everyone. If your interests find themselves leaning you to the way things were done in the past, then you are going to enjoy looking through our website. Take a look at our steam threshing, gas tractors, gas engines, steam powered sawmill, shingle mill, antique line shaft machine shop, and blacksmith shop. Come check out the corn mill grinding, the womens exhibit (quiling, weaving, spinning...just to name a few), the kiddy tractor pull, our flea market and arts and crafts show.

We hold our annual show in Pawnee, Oklahoma during the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday in May. But don't think that is all we do. We have been seen in Christmas parades and even at the Capital in Oklahoma City. We support other organizations by taking our equipment to different events such as Drumright Heritage Days, Shamrock Saint Patricks Celebration, Route 66 Flywheelers in Catoosa, and many more. We also made our debut at the Tulsa State Fair in 2007 and were there again in 2008.

We invite you to come be part of the fun and help us enjoy our hobby. You don't have to have equipment to join us; just the interest and enthusiasm. There are lots of areas of our organization that have a place for you to share in the fun!
Robert G. Marrs, Jr.
President, OSTGEA

I hope you can joint us for all the fun. Don't forget to buy your fresh ground cornmeal. It is the best.
