Hello,
I am looking at have a Farmgirls/womens gathering the weekend of September 18th. Arrival anytime from the 16th of September ending on the 19th. I live about 45 minutes north of Milwaukee. Lots of room for tents, we can accommodate smaller campers and have a small shed for sleeping in also. There are also hotels and B&B's in the area if that would be more fitting to you. Bathroom would be a porta potty and our house is not far (500ft) from the camping area. Limited electricity for camping and shed. But that too could change between now and then. We have a great fire pit that we can cook over or grills and camp stoves. I can arrange antiquing, shopping, farm tours along with quaint grocery stores. Or we can sit and talk, craft and spa. Just a great time to kick back and enjoy the company of other women. Let me know what you think?

I will be coming up with my husband & our two kids (9 & 12) can we exchage phone numbers & I give you a call on the way up? I would think we'd be there around noon or so & will plan to be in the area all afternoon. Let me know!!!

Also, just to clarify, I won't be attending the Convention either, except for the handmade market to meet MaryJane and Meg. It's way out of my league too! If you wanna come out just for the Round Up, we'd love to have you! It would be awesome!

Hello Ladies, I would love to attend the conference But after looking at the price I will not be able to go. Have to save my $$$$$ for my son's wedding in January. So if anyone is still intersted in Gathering at my place on September 16-19th I will be at home.

I want to go to Minneapolis to the event that Mary Jane is speaking at too! It is the Creative Connection. I would love to share a room with some fellow farmgirls. I have asked BonnieEllis and Sonshine4u if they want to get together...they are from the Twin Cities area. Deb, I have been to Cleveland, WI, very cute.

I'm doing my first 1/2 marathon that weekend in Appleton AND it's my oldest DS birthday. Can I just stop in and visit for a while since I sure can't camp that weekend?

Betty Jo, I am in on this. I just love getting together. I can picture us already...hotdogs over an open pit, s'mores and great fellowship! Life is good isn't it? (Can you tell I am a little excited?)
