Posted - Sep 15 2009 : 08:46:58 AM Hello ladies!
We had a wonderful get together here in SW WA, September 12th. Julia, Lynn, Sue, Sherri, myself, and my 14 month old daughter (farmgirl in training ;) ) had a lovely time visiting and getting to know each other. Here are some pictures from the day:

Posted - Sep 29 2009 : 7:31:32 PM Ooo! That sounds like fun! Nothing better than fresh cider! My grampa had an old hand crank press. I loved it whe we would pick all the apples and crank till our arms fell off. But, oh so worth it!

Posted - Sep 15 2009 : 4:02:00 PM Yep, it was a fun day. Thanks Heather for putting it together. It was, in my opinion, a very easy meeting. Everyone seemed to jump right in. We chatted a bit, had a summer project swap, walked and visited our way around the farmers market. Heather had to leave to meet up with her hubby and son, the other four of us stayed and had lunch and chatted some more. I love how total strangers can so easily become friends when there is a common bond at the center of it. Great day, great ladies!!!
