Posted - Jan 29 2025 : 04:29:00 AM I've never made popovwrs but I have eaten them. The first time was quite a few years back. We took a family vacation to Acadia, Maine and we went to the Jordan Pond House for breakfast. Someone told us to go and try the pop overs and we're they ever delicious! So light and airy. Melted in your mouth. I've never tried to bake them because I was always afraid they would fall on me. Lol!

Posted - Jan 25 2025 : 6:36:32 PM When I was 12 we moved to a new house. The oven had a glass door and the first thing Mom baked was popovers and we all huddled around the oven watching them pop up. Always a favorite for a weekend breakfast.
