Winnie, gifted me a book in a swap called Mama's in the Kitchen. I love it! So many recipes I want to make.I made the popovers. They were so good
Only 3 ingredients! Only took 15 minutes cook time in my oven
I put Jam and little butter on them. Yummy!

Connie, those look delicious. It kind of reminds me of Dutch Babies. I will have to make some Popovers.

I've never made popovwrs but I have eaten them. The first time was quite a few years back. We took a family vacation to Acadia, Maine and we went to the Jordan Pond House for breakfast. Someone told us to go and try the pop overs and we're they ever delicious! So light and airy. Melted in your mouth. I've never tried to bake them because I was always afraid they would fall on me. Lol!

Connie, your popovers came out perfect and for those of you who have never tried it before, you will find them easy to make and absolutely worth the effort!

Fun! And like many, I’ve never tried a popover either.

When I was 12 we moved to a new house. The oven had a glass door and the first thing Mom baked was popovers and we all huddled around the oven watching them pop up. Always a favorite for a weekend breakfast.
