Posted - Feb 11 2024 : 10:01:32 AM Oh my goodness, any time of the year is Pumpkin in my Book. We love Pumpkin Muffins, Pie Etc. never had This Pumpkin Cake Before. CJ Armstrong sent the receipe in a swap. It's sooo easy, I love that!My having stiff hands a lot these days! Recipe: preheat oven to 350, Butter or spray 13x9 pan.
Mix: 10 oz.can evaporated Milk 15 oz. Can Pumpkin 1 cup packed Brown Sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice Pour all into the 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle: 1 box yellow cake mix powder evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle: 1 cup chopped pecans on top of cake mix. Melt: 2 sticks of Butter, pour evenly on top of pecans.
Bake 350, 30 to 45 minutes or till set in the middle. My oven took 50 minutes.
