Posted - May 29 2004 : 09:22:13 AM Hello all, Thought I would share this link with you regarding homegrown food and feeding our communities and the world. The first two were new to me, but full of information and THEY MADE ME THINK. I subscribe to the third one, and that is featured in the second link. All good articles and information to propel us forward in our quest to use our resources of food, herbs and land wisely. One acre can support alot of production and we can see how healthy we can all be. Enjoy. ~ Clare

Happy Holidays to everyone!

Posted - May 31 2004 : 04:43:30 AM Thanks for the links. I too am concerned with learning to use our land as wisely as possible. I am currently researching ways that we can use renewable energy sources on our farm.

Posted - May 30 2004 : 10:46:06 PM Great websites Clare, I especially liked the answer to "What is a kitchen gardener?" Just gorgeous gardens, I'm inspired. It is really important for us to realize how much abundance we enjoy in the U.S. and to have more empathy for the people of the third world. I just recently heard a statistic that said 60% of the world's population hasn't ever used a telephone, amazing considering how high tech our lives are. Elizabeth
