My apple tree went crazy this year- as did my mom’s so I dried gallon baggies of apples, made apple juice, apple sauce and Apple Pie Filling! I love the “full cupboard” feeling! My mom made a cobbler with it for Thanksgiving, I made a pie, and today I opened a jar just to eat as is!
