Posted - Jul 22 2022 : 1:59:16 PM What is your favorite way to save snow peas? I am getting about 2 handfuls a day and it’s more than my family can consume. I would love to save some for later. If it works out I would love to plant some more for a fall crop and save those as well. This is my first year getting more than I could eat.

Cheers!

Posted - Jul 23 2022 : 11:24:19 AM Krista, I fermented some and I love them! Added some dill stems, the salt and filtered water. I think they are my favorite fermented food! Tastes like a crunchy pickle, only a snow pea! |

Posted - Jul 22 2022 : 2:21:02 PM I freeze them when we have some we can't use up. That is rare because we eat them raw by the handful or in salads or cooked.
