Posted - Mar 14 2022 : 11:41:15 AM Yep. Today is 3/14 Pi Day. I have a busy day ahead so my go to pie today for dinner will be easy peasy. One chocolate cookie premade crust. Cook up a package of chocolate pudding (not instant). Pour into crust and swirl a couple of spoons of peanut butter through it before it cools. Once set, top with whipped cream and scarf down your Chocolate/Peanut Butter Pie. YUM!! What's your favorite "go to" pie? jean

Posted - Mar 27 2022 : 4:56:20 PM LOL!! I missed PI day, gosh darn it!! Would of been perfect as my youngest has been learning PI in school! I may still incorporate that in for him this week following our spring break, he loves sweets, would be fun for him!! MINUS the PB of course, he's allergic to PB of all things, poor guy! Give me a jar of crunchy PB and I'm in a happy place!! :-)

Posted - Mar 14 2022 : 12:28:28 PM Wow Jean! Your pie sounds delicious. I would have to say that my all-time favorite pie is a good old fashioned Aussie meat pie with plenty of tomato sauce on top. Yum!
