Here is another coffee cake using bisquick - I have used it for years and it is very easy to make.

Berry Coffee Cake

1 3oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups bisquick mix
1 to 2 tbsp milk
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberry jam (or any other favorite berry jam)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cut cream cheese and butter into bisquick mix till crumbly.
Blend in the 1/3 cup milk. Turn onto floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 strokes.
On waxed paper, roll dough to a 12" x 8" rectangle. Turn onto greased baking sheet and remove paper. Spread preserves down the center of dough. Make 2 1/2" cuts at 1" intervals on the long sides. Fold strips over filling and then fold ends. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes (slightly browned on edges). Remove from oven. While cooling, mix the powdered sugar, the remaining milk and vanilla. Drizzle over top.

I have a FANTASTIC recipe for crumb coffee cake. This is hands down, THE best coffee cake in the world. :-) The recipe is posted on my blog (in my signature) so feel free to copy and paste it. Just search for "crumb coffee cake" and it'll come right up.

I'll bet if you google it, you will find one. I'll check tonight. I have a Bisquick cookbook, so if you do not find one, I can give you the directions online.
