Posted - Mar 09 2007 : 1:45:47 PMDoes anyone have a recipe for soy sauce and/or steak sauce that does not have msg in it? It is soooo hard to find in the supermarket. I did find one organic soy sauce and it is pretty good but I would like to make my own. And we use tons of steak sauce on everything from meat and poultry to baked potatoes and rice.
Any suggestions?

Posted - Mar 09 2007 : 3:20:00 PMSoy sauce might be difficult to make at home-- it's a highly fermented soy product, and from what I've read it takes months to produce (in the chemical-free method).
